2022 Boekenoogen Private Reserve Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands

Aromas of Black cherry, damson plum, blackberry preserve with hints of rose pedals and vanilla. Rich and textured on the entry, that opens into a bright red cherry and red currants with backgrounds of clove and cinnamon stick. Medium bodied that is marked with classic Santa Lucia highlands “soft” tannins and has oodles of fresh acidity.
